Q: My dental insurance isn’t listed, will you accept it?

Q: How do I file an insurance claim for treatment?
A: As long as we have all your insurance information, we’ll file your claim for you.
Q: How much of my treatment will insurance cover?
A: Each insurance plan is different. Some cover 100% of a dental procedure, others only 50%. We’ll contact your insurance company and try to get an accurate understanding of your benefits before treatment. We cannot guarantee what your insurance will or will not cover with each claim. Unfortunately, insurance companies occasionally give inaccurate information on coverage and benefits. We try our best to estimate your portion of treatment cost but we do not decide your benefits. Contact your insurance provider directly to understand dental procedure coverage.
Q: When is payment for treatment due?
A: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Any outstanding balance in co-pay (the amount insurance will not cover) is billed 30-days after your appointment.
Q: What if I need a procedure that is out of my budget or insurance won’t cover it?
A: It’s our goal to keep you healthy and provide the best care possible. Let us know of your situation, our patient treatment coordinator will work with you to find a treatment and payment plan that fits your budget and needs.
